I’m not even a big organ meat guy, but this stuff tastes salty, vinegary, and straight-up delicious. No gamey funk. No weird aftertaste. It honestly doesn’t taste like organs at all.
It’s the kind of snack that truly nourishes. It’s easy on my palate and also easy on my conscience.
