A lot of problems come from assuming the way things are seen is the way things are. When a perspective feels solid, it starts shaping everything around it, from how people are judged to how decisions are made. Over time, that frame becomes so familiar that it feels complete, like nothing exists outside of it. But every person carries a different set of experiences, and those experiences filter what gets noticed and what gets ignored. That means two people can look at the same moment and walk away with entirely different understandings without either one realizing how much is missing. Staying open to that idea changes the way conversations happen and removes the need to defend every thought as if it were final. It becomes easier to listen, to adjust, and to notice details that would have been dismissed before. Growth tends to happen in those small shifts, when the mind stops locking itself into one version of reality and starts allowing space for others to exist alongside it.
