You got the meter. Now what?
Most people assume EMF is coming from their phone, their Wi-Fi, or the tower down the street. But when you actually start measuring, one of the biggest surprises is what’s hiding in your walls.
Magnetic fields are created anywhere electrical current is flowing. And in a lot of homes, they’re coming from wiring issues you’d never suspect. Miswired circuits, overloaded lines, dimmer switches—power moving in ways it shouldn’t. This can create a constant field your body has to deal with, especially in places like the bedroom, where exposure adds up fast.
In Module Two of my EMF Home Safety Master Class, building biologist Brian Hoyer and I test this in real time. Room by room, breaker by breaker, you watch the readings drop as we isolate the source.
We also touch on another overlooked piece: lighting. Not just EMF, but how artificial light—especially at night—can interfere with melatonin and your sleep cycle.
