Vlad Tenev is the co-founder and CEO of Robinhood. He launched the trading platform alongside Baiju Bhatt in 2013 with the goal of making investing more accessible through commission-free stock trading for everyday investors. Under his leadership, Robinhood expanded beyond equities into options, ETFs, cryptocurrency, banking products, and private market investing, and the company went public in July 2021. In addition to Robinhood, Tenev is the co-founder and executive chairman of Harmonic, an AI-driven platform focused on organizing and analyzing business and market data.
