When I began comparing the spectral information from galaxies with these mathematical relationships, the consistency of the pattern became impossible for me to ignore. Across the dataset analyzed, I could not find a galaxy that moved outside the structure of these Pythagorean triples. The different colors we observe in stars can be examined through their spectra, and I believe these relationships connect back to the periodic elements and the musical harmonics associated with them. This gives the ancient concept of the harmony of the spheres a mathematical dimension that can now be investigated with modern data. The larger implication reaches beyond astronomy. If nature keeps expressing related patterns from one scale to another, then the universe we observe outside ourselves may also reflect structures operating within us, placing responsibility for the world we experience much closer to home.
