Choose steak over chicken for better nutrition. Grass-fed, grass-finished steak provides more minerals, superior amino acid composition, and beneficial compounds like CLA, trans-vaccenic acid, and high-quality Omega-3s.
Chicken, even organic, grows too quickly to accumulate significant minerals. Most chicken contains high Omega-6 fats, amyloid plaques, and, if non-organic, traces of glyphosate.
