Jimmy Iovine is a music producer, record executive, and co-founder of Interscope Records, one of the most influential labels in the world. After producing landmark albums for artists including John Lennon, Bruce Springsteen, Patti Smith, and Tom Petty, he later teamed with Dr. Dre to create Beats Electronics, which was acquired by Apple in 2014. Iovine is also the co-founder of the USC Iovine and Young Academy, an interdisciplinary program designed to merge art, technology, and business for the next generation of creators.
