Grief isn’t linear, it doesn’t follow a schedule, and it sure as hell doesn’t wait until you’re “ready.” It’s a wave that crashes through you, whether you fight it or not. In this conversation, I sit down with my love, Alyson (@alysonstorey), who has been my rock through it all, to unpack what this process has felt like in real time.
