The love we offer another cannot exceed the resonance we hold within ourselves. Self regard forms the inner foundation through which affection stabilizes. When that foundation is unsettled love disperses rather than coheres.
A partner then becomes a reflective field showing where our interior is aligned and where it fractures. As we cultivate a clearer relationship with our own worth the capacity to meet another with depth increases. Love shifts from effort to emergence. What flows between two people is shaped by what each has already nurtured in the silent architecture of the self.
